CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have signed linebacker Larry Grant.
General Manager Ray Farmer made the announcement Wednesday.
Grant participated in the Browns’ rookie minicamp this past weekend on a tryout basis, according to a release.
Grant is officially entering his fifth NFL season out of Ohio State. He was originally a seventh-round pick by San Francisco in 2008. He has appeared in 68 NFL games with the 49ers, Rams and Bears.
Last season, he appeared in two games with Chicago.
He attended City College of San Francisco before finishing his collegiate career at Ohio State.
